Official Giveaway Terms and Conditions
"2025 @MannyOnGuitar Summer Giveaway"
This Giveaway runs from June 15, 2025, to August 31, 2025, and is organized and administered by Big Willow Creative LLC (“Administrator”). By participating in the Giveaway, all entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Terms and Conditions and confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each participant agrees to release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability related to the administration, operation, or outcomes of the Giveaway.
Eligibility
Participation in this Giveaway is open only to United States citizens and lawful permanent residents who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who have a valid shipping address within the continental United States. Entrants must possess an active Instagram account and must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use, available at https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870. Employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Administrator are not eligible to participate. Participation in this Giveaway is entirely voluntary and at the entrant’s sole risk. This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway. Entry is free and open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. To enter, participants must follow the Instagram account @MannyOnGuitar and post the comment “enter me” on the official Giveaway post published on that account. Only one entry per person and per Instagram account will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same individual or account will result in disqualification. All entries must be submitted between 12:00:00 AM Central Daylight Time (UTC -5) on June 15, 2025, and 11:59:59 PM Central Daylight Time (UTC -5) on August 31, 2025. Any entries received outside of, before or after, the giveaway time period will not be considered. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase the chances of winning. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received; the more participants, the lower each individual’s chance of being selected.
Prize Details
The prize awarded in this Giveaway is one (1) used Squier guitar. The prize is offered in its current condition, as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The prize holds no cash value and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash or any other consideration. The prize will be shipped at no cost to the winner via uninsured ground shipping to the U.S. address provided by the verified winner. Administrator accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery of the prize during transit. Risk of loss passes to the winner upon shipment.
Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on September 1, 2025. The selection will be conducted by the Administrator in a manner intended to ensure fairness and impartiality. The selected winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. The winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of the message being sent. In order to claim the prize, the winner must provide verifiable proof of eligibility (as defined below) and a valid shipping address within the continental United States. If the selected winner fails to respond within the specified time, fails to provide the required documentation, or is otherwise deemed ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and no alternate winner will be selected. In such a case, the Giveaway will be declared void.
Proof of Eligibility
To confirm eligibility, the selected winner must provide a clear photo of a valid government-issued identification document, such as a driver’s license, passport, or other state- or federally-issued ID. This document must include the participant’s full legal name, date of birth, and current address. The Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any individual whose documentation does not meet these requirements or raises concerns about identity fraud or ineligibility.
Taxes and Financial Responsibility
The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes or fees that may be associated with the receipt, use, or ownership of the prize. The Administrator will not provide tax advice or documentation and bears no liability for any resulting tax obligations incurred by the winner. The winner is advised to consult with a tax professional if needed.
Indemnification and Release of Liability
By entering the Giveaway, each participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Administrator and its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway, acceptance or use of the prize, or any violation of these terms. The Administrator assumes no responsibility for any technical malfunctions, human error, or other circumstances that may compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
Furthermore, by participating, all entrants agree to release and discharge Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability associated with the Giveaway. Entrants acknowledge that the Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc., and all information provided by participants is submitted to the Administrator, not Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc.

General Terms
The Administrator reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any factor that impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway. In the event of termination, the Administrator is under no obligation to award any prizes. Any attempt by an individual to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification and legal action.
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
